Explain the key steps in the RTM process
Flag any potential complications or red flags

About Maura Walsh
Maura has helped leaseholders across England and Wales navigate the Right to Manage process — from initial suitability through to full mobilisation. She understands the practical challenges involved and will give you a straight answer about your building’s prospects.
What is Right to Manage?
RTM is a legal process under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 that allows leaseholders to take over management of their building from the freeholder or current managing agent — without needing to prove fault.
Does it cost anything?
The suitability call is completely free. If your building is a good candidate and you’d like to proceed, Maura will prepare a separate mobilisation proposal with pricing based on your building’s size and complexity.
How many leaseholders need to be on board?
You need at least 50% of the qualifying leaseholders in the building to participate. Maura can advise on how to approach this
