How much does it cost?
The first call is free — 30 minutes on Zoom, no charge and no obligation. After that: £150 to check a single Section 20 notice, or £350 for a full review of your lease, your service charge accounts and the major works papers, with a written report. Full Right to Manage handling is quoted per block, because it depends on the number of flats and how the freeholder behaves — you'll always have the figure in writing before anything starts.
How long does Right to Manage take?
Typically four to six months from the first conversation to handover, if the freeholder plays it straight. The statutory notice periods set most of the timetable, so it can't be rushed — but it can be lost by missing a date, which is the part I manage for you.
What sort of buildings do you work with?
Blocks of flats where the leaseholders have had enough of the managing agent. Anything from six flats upwards, and I work on blocks across England, not just locally.
Do I need all my neighbours on board?
No. You need at least half the flats in the building to take part, and at least two-thirds of the flats must be held on long leases. Most blocks that ask me this do qualify — the free call is where we check yours.
